We want you to feel confident when shopping with Hundred Hustles Oderem & Decants. Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review our policy below.

Decants (Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable)

All decants are final sale.
Because they are hand‑filled, custom‑prepared, and cannot be resold once opened, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for decants under any circumstances.

This includes:

• 2ml samples
• 5ml, 10ml, and 30ml atomizers
• Any custom‑filled fragrance sizes

We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures product integrity and hygiene for all customers.

Full Bottles

Full bottles may be eligible for a return only if they are completely unopened, unused, and in original condition.

To qualify:

• The bottle must be sealed and unused
• Packaging must be intact
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Order Errors or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or filled.
Once we begin preparing your decants or packing your order, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
