During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Decants require careful, sterile filling and labeling — we never rush the quality of your order.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- 3–7 business days within the United States
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, feel free to reach out.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order.
